Take This Waltz is a 2011 Canadian comedy-drama film.[1] The film centers around Margot, a 28 year old freelance writer who lives in a charming house on a leafy street in the Little Portugal section of Toronto, as she struggles with and examines her feelings for Lou, her husband of five years, while exploring a new relationship with Daniel, an artist and rickshaw driver who lives across the street.

The film had its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 11, 2011.[3][4] It was also screened at the Vancouver International Film Festival,[5] the Calgary International Film Festival[6], Sudbury's Cinéfest[7] and the Tribeca Film Festival before going into wide release.
The film opens on 7 June 2012 in Australia while Magnolia Pictures will release it in the United States on 29 June 2012
